HEIC decoder credits and corresponding source

This website loads libheif-csp.js as a separate, replaceable ES module.
It is an unchanged copy of src/lib/libheif-without-unsafe-eval.js from
heic-to 1.6.5, published by Hopper Gee under LGPL-3.0-or-later.
Its compiled libraries are libheif 1.23.5 (struktur AG / Dirk Farin and
contributors) and libde265 1.0.16 (struktur AG / Dirk Farin and contributors).
Copyright and full license notices remain in the accompanying LICENSE.txt,
libheif-LICENSE.txt and libde265-LICENSE.txt files and source archives.

The heic-to README and esbuild.mjs, plus libheif build-emscripten.sh,
describe reproduction. The CSP decoder is built with USE_UNSAFE_EVAL=0,
USE_WASM=0 and LIBDE265_VERSION=1.0.16. This distribution does not modify
the library. A modified compatible decoder module can replace libheif-csp.js;
the website worker calls the public HeifDecoder/HeifImage API.

These libraries are provided without warranty. No restriction is placed on
modifying or debugging your replacement library under its license terms.
The website's image handling and UI remain separate from the decoder module.
