- Try the layered demo or add audio files. Each imported file starts on a separate track; drag clips between tracks or along the timeline.
- Select a clip to trim, split, add fades or change its speed. Select a track to adjust volume, pan, EQ, delay and automation. Use headphones when recording.
- Preview the mix, then render WAV or MP3. Download a project ZIP to keep the original audio and editable timeline together.
Example
Try the demo: mute the drums, solo the melody, move the bass clip and split a clip at the playhead. Add a volume automation point to make a track grow quieter.
Questions & answers
Can I edit several recordings at once?
Yes. Up to eight tracks and forty clips can overlap. Mute and solo tracks, move clips between tracks, trim their source boundaries and split at the playhead.
Is this a pitch-preserving time stretcher?
No. Clip speed changes playback speed and pitch together. A faster clip is shorter and higher pitched.
How do I make a crossfade?
Overlap two clips, then give the first a fade-out and the second a fade-in. The Crossfade pair action overlaps the next clip on the same track with the selected clip by up to one second.
Can I reopen my mix?
Save a project ZIP. It contains the timeline JSON and original audio files, so trims, fades, effects and automation remain editable. Rendered WAV and MP3 files contain the combined mix.
Can I record my microphone?
Recording requires microphone permission, a supported MediaRecorder implementation and a secure page such as HTTPS or localhost. Use headphones to avoid speaker feedback. Recording has no automatic latency compensation.
What effects are included?
Each track has low, mid and high EQ, compression, stereo pan and a quarter-second delay. Automation points create linear volume changes across the timeline.
What are the limits?
Up to ten minutes of decoded source audio, 100 MiB of source files, eight tracks, forty clips and a ten-minute timeline. Browser memory limits may require smaller projects. WAV is stereo 16-bit PCM; MP3 is stereo 192 kbps.
Is audio sent to a server?
Audio editing and rendering run in your browser without a processing upload. Site advertising and analytics follow the privacy policy.
