Privacy information
Updated October 13, 2026.
Tool inputs
Our activity counters do not record text, code, passwords, file contents or generated results. Processing and third-party dependencies vary by tool; check the guidance on the page before entering confidential data.
Aggregate website activity
We count tool page requests and directory searches, including searches with no results and category selections. We keep normalized directory search terms to understand demand for tools. Terms containing numbers, email or URL punctuation, or code are excluded; do not enter private information in website search. We do not attach visitor identifiers or IP addresses to these counters. Daily totals are kept for 90 days. Counts include repeat requests and may include automated traffic. Directory event reporting respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Browser storage
Favorites and recently opened tools store tool identifiers in this browser’s local storage. Clear them from the tools directory. Individual tools may store preferences separately.
Feedback and contact
Messages and optional reply addresses are saved in our local admin inbox. Avoid including private inputs in a report. Contact forms require a name and email. IP addresses are used temporarily in memory for submission rate limits; they are not saved with messages by this feature. Hosting providers may keep their own request logs.
Administration
Administrator sessions use an HTTP-only cookie and renew during use. They expire after 30 days without authenticated activity or when the administrator signs out. The website does not provide visitor accounts.
Advertising and third-party services
Some pages load advertising, fonts or libraries from external providers. These providers may receive network information and use their own storage or cookies. Advertising scripts may run on tool pages alongside the locally served tool code. Local file or text processing does not mean the page makes no third-party network requests. We do not claim that all external advertising is anonymous or non-personalized.
Google AdSense helps fund this website. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Where personalized ads are permitted, advertising cookies can use visits to this and other websites. See how Google uses data on partner sites and Google advertising preferences. Other ad networks may use their own cookies; some preference choices are available through YourAdChoices.

Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, including the pages viewed, device and browser information and general traffic sources. It uses cookies and sends measurement data to Google. It is separate from our own aggregate counters and from Google AdSense advertising choices. Our Analytics integration does not send tool inputs, uploaded files or generated results, and removes query strings and fragments from the page URLs it reports.
Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. This preference is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. We disable Analytics when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Local development and admin pages are excluded. Turning Analytics off stops further collection through this integration; you can remove existing Analytics cookies through your browser settings.
Read Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
