These are local workspaces, not hosted collaboration services. Save projects before leaving. Exported forms download responses locally; SQL runs in a time-limited worker; charts aggregate repeated labels.
The tool processes your work in the browser. The website’s advertising and analytics follow its privacy and consent settings. Projects are not saved automatically. Media workspaces export their files directly rather than storing them in project JSON.

Yes. Open a task and change its Column selector. Cards also support owners, priorities, due dates and notes. Save the project to preserve the board; it is not automatically synchronized.
