Questions & answers

What does meeting cost mean?

It estimates participant time cost: people × hourly cost × duration in hours. It does not say that the meeting is wasteful or that its cost is an extra invoice.

What rate should I enter?

Use a consistent hourly cost assumption for every group, such as an internal planning rate. Salaries, benefits and overhead may be included if that fits your estimate.

Can different roles use different rates?

Yes. Each CSV row specifies its own participant count and hourly cost. Participants in the same row use the same rate.

How is annual cost calculated?

Cost per meeting × meetings per week × the number of working weeks you choose. Holidays and irregular schedules are not inferred.

Does it convert currencies?

No. The label is display-only and all rates must already be in one currency.

What are the limits?

Up to 100 groups, 1,000 participants per group, hourly rates up to 100,000 and meeting lengths up to 480 minutes. Calculations stay in your browser; copied or exported reports use rounded display values.
