Questions & answers

Does this call my API?

No. It generates examples without sending requests or loading remote documents. You can copy the result to your own development environment when you are ready.

Which specification versions are supported?

OpenAPI 3.0.x and 3.1.x documents with a paths object. Swagger 2.0, OpenAPI 3.2, callbacks and webhooks are outside this version. This is an explorer with structural checks, not a complete OpenAPI or JSON Schema validator.

Are references resolved?

Same-document JSON Pointer references such as #/components/schemas/Pet are supported, with loop/depth limits. External references are never fetched and are shown as unresolved. OpenAPI 3.1 $ref siblings are displayed but not fully evaluated.

Which request parameter styles are generated?

Primitive path values use simple serialization, query values use form serialization, and primitive header parameters are supported. Object/array, cookie, alternate style, allowReserved and content-based parameters are shown in documentation but rejected for generation.

Can I add authentication?

Security schemes and requirements are displayed. You may add a placeholder Bearer header for a generated example. Automatic OAuth flows and credential storage are not provided. Avoid real secrets on this ad-supported page.

What are the limits?

Documents are capped at 1,000,000 characters and 1 MiB file imports, 1,000 operations and bounded structure complexity. YAML aliases are limited by the existing converter. JSON bodies and generated examples are capped. Projects and examples are manual exports; nothing is executed or saved automatically.
