YOUR INTERVALS · YOUR COMPLETION HISTORY

Home & Plant Care Planner

Schedule recurring household or plant-care reminders using intervals you choose. Record completions, pause tasks, review overdue dates and export a portable project or all-day calendar snapshots.

Add your own reminder or try the sample. No automatic saving.

Add or edit a recurring task

300 tasks · 50 completion entries per task · 25-step Undo · manual project downloads only. Dates from 1900–9999; intervals must stay within this range.

Intervals are yours to set. Plant needs and household maintenance requirements vary; use your observations and relevant manufacturer instructions. This planner supplies no health, safety or plant-care prescription.

Upcoming & overdue tasks

Complete buttons use the date and note above. A completion cannot be after the review date. The latest completion anchors the next interval.

Calendar snapshot export

One all-day event per active matching task. Paused tasks are omitted. This is a snapshot, not a recurring subscription; completion in this page does not update calendar imports or send notifications.

Build a manageable routine

  1. Add a task, subject and first due date. Choose a day, week or calendar-month interval based on your own needs.
  2. Review tasks against the chosen date. Record completions with notes; correct mistakes through task history or Undo.
  3. Export the JSON project to keep your plan. CSV and printable reports contain all tasks; calendar export uses the current filters and horizon.
  4. Reopen your project for the next review. There is no automatic background scheduling or browser notification service.

How dates advance

Without history, the task uses its first due date. After completion, the next due date is calculated from the latest recorded completion. Month arithmetic clamps to the last valid day of the destination month. For example, one month after January 31 is February 28 or 29; a later completion on February 28 anchors the next month on March 28.

All dates are calendar dates, without timezone-specific appointment times. Exported ICS entries are all-day snapshots and may duplicate older imports depending on your calendar app. Project files include notes and completion history; treat them as private records.

Using Home & Plant Care Planner

Track recurring household and plant-care reminders using your own intervals and completion history.

  1. Add tasks with first due dates and explicit day/week/month intervals.
  2. Review, complete, pause and correct tasks using history or Undo.
  3. Download projects, full schedules or filtered next-due calendar snapshots.

Example

The sample uses a plant-observation reminder and a household filter review; intervals are examples, not recommendations.

Questions & answers

Does the tool recommend care intervals?

No. Enter intervals based on your needs, observations and relevant instructions. Sample intervals are demonstrations, not plant-health or safety advice.

How does completion change the due date?

The latest recorded completion anchors the next interval. Calendar-month arithmetic clamps to the last valid day of the destination month. Without completions, the first due date is used.

Will it send notifications?

No. The workspace has no background notification service. Calendar exports are one-time all-day snapshots, not a live subscription, and do not update when you complete tasks here.

What is saved?

Nothing automatically. Download the project JSON to retain task notes and history. Up to 300 tasks and 50 completion entries per task are supported, with 25 Undo states.

Which tasks appear in calendar exports?

Active tasks matching current filters whose next dates fit the chosen 1–365-day horizon. Overdue dates are optional; paused tasks are omitted. Full CSV/print reports contain all tasks.
