Particle & VFX Generator

Generate fire, explosions, magic, impacts, weather and reward effects as game-ready sprite sheets. Every effect is built from layers of particles you can tune – shape, motion, color and timing – in native pixel art or smooth glow.

01 · START

Ready effects, your look

Start from 216 effects – fire, explosions, slashes, magic, portals, weather, rewards and sci-fi – and search them by name. Recolor everything at once with the hue slider, switch between pixel art and smooth glow, or press Variation for a new take on the same effect.

02 · SHAPE

Layers of particles

Each effect stacks up to eight layers – a flash, flames, smoke, sparks, a shockwave. Every layer has its own shape, emitter, direction, speed, gravity, drag, turbulence, orbit, size, colors and fade, and can loop forever or play once as a burst.

03 · USE

Straight into your game

Download a sprite sheet with JSON frame data, every frame as PNG in a ZIP, or an animated GIF. Frames are drawn at their real size – one art pixel is one pixel – and looping effects repeat without a jump. Save the project to keep editing.

Questions & answers

What effects can I make?

Start from 216 ready effects in seven groups – fire, impact, magic, elements, nature, rewards and sci-fi – such as campfire, explosion, sword slash, muzzle flash, teleport, summoning circle, tornado, geyser, confetti, coin fountain, laser impact and warp jump, many in several colors. Search them by name, then change anything or build your own from up to eight particle layers.

Do looping effects really loop?

Yes. Every particle is born at the same moment of every cycle and its motion is calculated from its age, so the last frame leads straight back into the first without a jump. Burst effects such as explosions play once.

Is it real pixel art?

In Pixel art style every frame is drawn at its real size – one art pixel is one pixel in the PNG – with colors snapped to the effect palette, dithered fades and an optional dark outline. Smooth glow keeps soft, additive light.

What can I change on a layer?

Shape (circle, soft glow, square, spark, star, ring, shard, plus, drop, smoke), blend, up to five colors over the particle life, fade curve, glow, opacity, loop or burst timing, particle count, life, emitter shape and position, direction, spread, speed, gravity, drag, turbulence, orbit and size.

How do I use it in my game?

Download the sprite sheet PNG and slice it by the frame size, or read the frame rectangles and frame rate from the JSON. The ZIP also contains every frame as a separate PNG. Godot, Unity, GameMaker, Phaser and most engines import these directly.

Can I use the effects commercially?

Yes. The effects are generated on your device from your settings and seed. You may use them in free and commercial projects without attribution.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Everything is drawn in your browser. Save a project file to continue editing later.
