Your trip timeline

A travel plan you can take with you

Use one stop for each activity, journey, meal or accommodation booking. Dates and clock times are interpreted in the stop’s selected IANA time zone. Durations are elapsed time, so flights and clock changes can end on a different local day.

Costs are grouped by currency; no exchange rates are fetched. Overlap warnings include every stop, so long accommodation blocks may overlap activities intentionally. Calendar exports use exact UTC instants; your calendar app displays them in its selected time zone. Up to 250 stops and 100 checklist items. No maps, bookings, live prices or travel advice are fetched.

Questions & answers

Does it book travel or show live prices?

No. You enter your own plans, references and costs. It does not fetch maps, schedules, reservations or exchange rates.

How do time zones and clock changes work?

Every stop uses an IANA time zone and local start. Invalid clock-change times are rejected; repeated times let you choose the earlier or later occurrence. Durations are elapsed minutes. Calendar export uses UTC instants, which your calendar displays in its chosen zone.

Are costs converted to one currency?

No. Each currency has its own planned and paid totals. The budget comparison includes only stops matching the budget currency.

What are the limits?

Up to 250 stops and 100 checklist tasks. Each stop can last up to seven elapsed days. Overlap checks include accommodation blocks, which can intentionally overlap other activities.
