Questions & answers
Does this visit my links?
No. It parses them locally and creates a cleaned text copy. It does not check destination safety, availability or redirects.
Which tracking keys are removed?
utm_* keys, fbclid, gclid, dclid, msclkid, mc_cid, mc_eid, _ga and _gl when common tracking cleanup is enabled. Matching decoded names ignores case.
Are repeated parameters kept?
Yes. Parameters you keep retain their original encoding and order, including repeated keys.
Why are signed links unchanged?
Changing their query can invalidate signatures. Four common signature names trigger protection for the entire link. This does not cover every signing system.
What happens to invalid links?
They remain unchanged and are labeled invalid or unsupported. Only HTTP and HTTPS URLs without embedded credentials are accepted.
Should I remove fragments?
Only if you know they are unnecessary. Fragments can navigate to a section or control an application route. They are preserved by default.
Is my input uploaded for processing?
Processing runs in a local browser worker with no input upload and no account. Website advertising and analytics are described in the privacy information.
