FIND THE GUEST · KEEP THE COUNT

Event Check-in Roster

Run a guest list on one device: search names, track partial party arrivals, correct check-ins and export an event snapshot. No account or shared server is needed.

Start with a sample, add guests or import a CSV.

Add a guest or party

Same names are allowed and stay separate. Each entry has a stable internal identifier. Editing a party size cannot reduce it below its checked-in count.

Import, save & report

CSV header: name, group, party, notes. Only name is required. Imported arrivals start at zero; imports append and do not deduplicate names.

Save on this browser

Local browser storage is not encrypted. Use project downloads for a portable copy; other devices do not synchronize.

Group totals

This is a single-device list, not ticket verification, badge authentication or a live shared check-in service. Closing without saving can lose changes. The last-change timestamp is not a per-person arrival log.

A simple check-in desk

  1. Add guests manually or append a CSV. Save a project before the event and reopen it on the device you will use.
  2. Search a name or choose a group. Check in one person at a time or mark the remaining party as arrived.
  3. Use minus one for a correction or Undo to reverse the latest roster change. Undo includes edits, imports and project replacement, up to 25 changes.
  4. Download the latest full project during the event. Print a filtered overview when you need a paper list; it omits notes and timestamps.

Capacity: 1,000 guest/party entries and 1–100 people per party. Totals are people, while entry counts are parties. Browser save is manual; no guests or changes are sent to a check-in server. CSV exports include private notes and last-change timestamps; keep downloaded files appropriately private.

Using Event Check-in Roster

Track guest-party arrivals on one device with transparent people counts and reversible changes.

  1. Add guests, append a CSV or reopen a roster project.
  2. Search or filter groups, then check in individuals or complete parties.
  3. Correct mistakes with minus one or Undo, and save a fresh project snapshot.

Example

The sample includes a volunteer, a partly arrived three-person party and a different guest sharing the same name.

Questions & answers

Can two guests have the same name?

Yes. Stable entry identifiers keep them separate. CSV imports append entries without guessing duplicates.

Can a party arrive in stages?

Yes. Check in one person at a time, mark all remaining people arrived or subtract one to correct the count. Checked-in people cannot exceed party size.

Does it synchronize across devices?

No. This is a single-device local roster. Download and reopen projects to transfer snapshots manually; concurrent device edits are not merged.

Are changes saved automatically?

No. Download a project or explicitly save on this browser. Browser storage is not encrypted and should not be treated as a backup.

What is included in exports?

Full project/CSV includes notes and last change timestamps. The printable filtered roster omits notes and timestamps. Up to 1,000 parties and 25 undo steps are supported.
