JSON Array Set Operations
Compare JSON arrays by complete values using union, intersection and differences with type-aware, order-defined results.
Ready. Explore the example or use the input controls to begin.
Scope and practical limits
Set semantics remove duplicates. Object key order is ignored; array order and types matter. Numeric token spellings are significant, so 1 and 1.0 differ. No record-key joins or multiset counting.

Using JSON Array Set Operations
Compare JSON arrays by complete values using union, intersection and differences with type-aware, order-defined results.
- Load the example or import the primary input. Supply the second JSON input when comparing or merging.
- Choose the explicit transformation rules, then inspect the result and audit before downloading.
- Download the output, audit or exact matrix JSON. Save a project to retain editable settings.
Example
Objects with a:1,b:2 compare equal despite key order; number 1 remains distinct from string "1".
Questions & answers
What behavior should I check before using the output?
Set semantics remove duplicates. Object key order is ignored; array order and types matter. Numeric token spellings are significant, so 1 and 1.0 differ. No record-key joins or multiset counting.
Are large JSON numbers rounded?
The shared JSON parser preserves numeric source tokens. Duplicate keys and inputs beyond the stated limits are rejected. Other applications can still round numbers when they parse an export.
Is my input saved automatically?
No. Save a project or download your result before leaving. Processing is local; website ads and analytics follow the site consent and privacy settings.
