Printable Calendar Maker
Create a clean monthly or yearly calendar with your own events. Choose paper, language and week layout, preview the page, then download a print-ready PDF or PNG.
1. Choose your calendar
2. Make it yours
Up to 200 dated events, 80 characters per title. Dates use the Gregorian calendar. All invalid lines must be fixed; events outside the selected year stay in your input but are not printed.
Paper, colors & writing space
White paper, dark date numbers and restrained highlights help printed readability. PDF pages contain a 150 dpi calendar image. Set your printer to the selected paper; printer margins still apply.
3. Preview & download
Events in this view
Monthly pages show up to three short event labels per day, followed by “+ more” when needed. Year pages mark event days with dots. The event list below the preview shows all events in the current view; shortened titles and overflowing labels remain complete there.
This is a Gregorian printable planner. It does not fetch public holidays, convert to other calendar systems or sync with calendar accounts. Calendar File Builder can create importable event files.
Calendar generation runs locally in your browser using our existing PDF library. Input is not saved or uploaded for processing. Website ads and analytics follow our privacy information.

Example
Try the Creative project planner for October 2026. Monday starts the week; October 1 falls in the Thursday column. October 20 has two custom events. Switch to Year at a glance with landscape Letter paper. Event dates are marked with dots; Download 12 monthly pages creates the detailed monthly planner instead of 12 overview pages.
Questions & answers
What calendar system is used?
The proleptic Gregorian calendar for years 1–9999. It does not reproduce historical regional calendar changeovers or convert to lunar, Hijri or other calendar systems. Changing label language does not change the calendar or ASCII date numbers.
Are public holidays added automatically?
No. Add holiday dates yourself as custom events. The tool does not fetch location-based holidays, authenticate calendar accounts or synchronize events.
How should events be entered?
Use one YYYY-MM-DD | title per line, with a real date and a title of up to 80 Unicode characters. Up to 200 nonempty lines are accepted. Invalid lines must all be corrected. Multiple events on one date are allowed.
What happens to events outside the selected year?
They stay in your input but are not included in that year’s printable pages. The status count identifies how many are outside the year. The event list shows only events in the current month or year view.
Will every event title fit on the page?
Monthly cells show up to three labels, shortened to fit, followed by a +more count when necessary. Yearly overviews mark event days with dots. The list under the preview retains every complete title in the current view; the PDF is not a full event-detail report.
What is included in the twelve-page PDF?
One detailed page for each month of the selected year, using the same paper, orientation, language, colors and events. This remains a monthly export even when the current preview is the year overview. You can cancel generation; changing settings invalidates the older download.
Can I choose different week layouts?
Yes. Weeks can start on Monday, Sunday or Saturday. Shade Saturday/Sunday or Friday/Saturday as weekends, or turn off weekend shading. Gregorian dates remain the same.
How sharp are the PDF and PNG?
The calendar is rendered as a 150 dpi page image using device fonts, then embedded into the selected A4 or Letter PDF page. It is a raster PDF rather than selectable text. Printing at the matching paper size preserves the intended layout; your printer’s margins still apply.
Are my calendar and events saved or uploaded?
No stored history or upload is used for processing. Calendar drawing and PDF generation run in your browser with the existing local PDF library. Website ads and analytics follow the privacy information.
