Questions & answers

Will emoji and accents stay together?

Character reversal uses Unicode grapheme segmentation to keep joined emoji and combining marks together. A browser without Intl.Segmenter support shows an error instead of silently splitting them.

What happens to spacing and newlines?

Word-order reversal retains the positions of whitespace separators. Line-order reversal retains newline separator types. Optional cleanup collapses horizontal spaces and tabs without removing line breaks.

Is decorative text a secure encoding?

No. Mirror and upside-down appearances substitute supported letters only. Reversal is not encryption and does not change how bidirectional scripts are rendered by the browser.

Is entered text saved?

No. Text and output stay in page memory. The limit is 100,000 characters; changing manual-mode input clears outdated output and disables its exports.
