Questions & answers

What does the percentage mean?

It is the phrase count divided by all candidate windows of the chosen length, including windows later excluded. For single words the denominator is all tokenized words.

Can phrase matches overlap?

Yes. In “go go go”, the two-word phrase “go go” occurs twice. Sentence punctuation and line breaks prevent a phrase from crossing those boundaries.

How are words detected?

Unicode letters and numbers form tokens, including combining marks and internal apostrophes. Other punctuation separates words. This is not linguistic segmentation; languages without spaces may form long tokens.

What happens to excluded words?

A phrase containing an excluded token is omitted. Neighbors are never joined across an exclusion. Enter exact words separated by commas; the case setting applies to them too.

Does this measure SEO keyword quality?

No. Frequency can help review repeated wording or themes but does not predict search rankings or writing quality. Read phrases in their original context.

Are my text and files uploaded?

Analysis runs in a local browser worker. No text processing upload is required. Advertising and site services are described in the privacy policy.
