Convert English number words into exact digits, including negative values, decimals and large scales. Batch-convert lines and review errors individually.

  1. Paste English cardinal numbers, one per line, or open a UTF-8 text file.
  2. Choose plain digits or thousands separators, then convert. Invalid lines appear in the JSON report without blocking valid lines.
  3. Copy or download the valid values. Review the complete report before reusing batch output.

Questions & answers

Can it handle numbers beyond JavaScript’s safe integer range?

Yes. Whole-number groups use BigInt arithmetic, and decimal digits are retained as text. The tool does not round large integers through floating-point numbers.

Which number scales work?

English short-scale groups from thousand through sextillion. Groups must descend and cannot repeat. For example, one billion means 1,000,000,000.

How do I write a decimal?

Use point followed by individual digit words, such as one point zero five. Trailing decimal zeros are retained.

Can I convert a whole paragraph?

No. Enter one cardinal number per line, up to 200 lines. Ordinals, currency wording and ambiguous free-form prose are deliberately rejected.

Is my input uploaded for processing?

No processing upload is used. This tool runs in a local browser worker. Website ads and analytics follow the site privacy information.
