Using PDF Page Organizer

Arrange a static PDF visually without uploading your document.

  1. Open one unencrypted PDF up to 20 MiB and 200 pages.
  2. Move pages with drag, arrows or destination numbers. Select pages to rotate, duplicate or remove; Undo restores an earlier arrangement.
  3. Create the PDF, inspect its output preview and download the new document.

Example

Start with pages 1, 2, 3. Duplicate page 2 and move page 3 to the beginning.
Output: original pages 3, 1, 2, 2. Each duplicate can have its own rotation.

Questions & answers

Does organizing turn my PDF into images?

No. Page content and sizes are copied into a new PDF. Text remains selectable when it was selectable in the original. Thumbnails are only previews.

Can I undo a deleted page?

Yes. Undo and Redo keep up to 30 editing steps in this session. Restore original returns all source pages in their original order.

Are forms, signatures and comments preserved?

Forms and signed PDFs are unsupported. Comments and link annotations are omitted, and bookmarks and attachments are not carried into the new document.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Inspection, preview and export run locally in your browser. Closing or clearing the page releases the document; there is no saved editing session.

Can I combine multiple PDFs here?

This organizer works with one PDF. Use PDF Merge & Split to combine files, then organize the merged PDF here.
