Changing DPI changes the physical print size, not pixel detail. EPS is uncompressed RGB and can be larger than PNG. This tool does not open arbitrary EPS files or execute PostScript.

Using Image to EPS Converter
Create a raster EPS from an ordinary image without uploading it.
- Open a PNG, JPG or WebP, or try the example.
- Choose DPI for the physical print size and the transparency background.
- Download EPS and place it in a compatible layout application.
Example
A 1200-pixel image at 300 DPI prints 4 inches wide.
Questions & answers
Does this make vector artwork?
No. Pixels are embedded as RGB raster data. DPI affects print size, not sharpness.
What happens to transparency?
EPS output is flattened onto your chosen background.
Can I open EPS here?
No. Arbitrary EPS contains executable PostScript and needs a separate compatible interpreter.
