Unicode Code Point Base Converter
Encode or decode Unicode scalar values in numeric bases 2–36 with exact per-character code-point inspection.
Ready. Explore the example or use the input controls to begin.
Scope and practical limits
Whitespace-separated unsigned numeric tokens when decoding; no U+, 0x or HTML-entity syntax. Surrogates and values above U+10FFFF rejected. This represents code points, not encoded UTF-8/UTF-16 bytes.

Questions & answers
Which limits and conventions apply?
Whitespace-separated unsigned numeric tokens when decoding; no U+, 0x or HTML-entity syntax. Surrogates and values above U+10FFFF rejected. This represents code points, not encoded UTF-8/UTF-16 bytes.
Can the output differ between browsers?
Language segmentation and grapheme boundaries use the browser Intl.Segmenter implementation. Use the same browser/version when you need reproducible segmentation. Visual glyph width depends on fonts.
Is my work saved automatically?
No. Save a project or download your result before leaving. Processing is local; site ads and analytics follow the website consent and privacy settings.
