Using Weekly Schedule Planner

Arrange a recurring week without an account or automatic saving. Entries use the times you enter, with no date or timezone conversion.

Name the schedule and choose Monday or Sunday as the first day.
Add an activity, day, start/end times and color. Edit entries from the week cards and check overlap warnings.
Download project JSON to keep editing later, or download printable HTML and open the browser Print menu.

A second entry starting at 11:00 does not overlap; one starting at 10:30 does.

Questions & answers

Does this schedule send reminders?

No. It is a recurring weekly planner, without notifications, dated events, timezone conversion or calendar synchronization.

Can I add activities after midnight?

Every entry must end later than it starts on the same day. Split overnight activities into two entries on consecutive days.

How do I print or save a PDF?

Download printable HTML, open it in a browser and use Print. The file has a landscape seven-column print layout; browser print settings can override its paper orientation.

Are overlapping entries blocked?

No. Overlaps are reported so you can review them. Adjacent entries sharing only an end/start boundary are not overlaps. Scheduled hours include the duration of every entry, even if they overlap.

How do I keep my schedule?

Download the versioned JSON project and import it later. Up to 40 entries are supported, with a 64 KiB import limit and 50-change Undo. Changes are temporary and are not automatically saved.
