Move with an organized box record

Add one record per box with a destination room, contents and optional fragile/open-first flags.
Mark boxes packed or delivered. Unpacking a box clears its delivered flag; Undo restores previous changes.
Search for an item after the move or filter by room. Choose all, matching or selected boxes for labels.
Download the project to reopen later, a full formula-neutralized CSV manifest, and printable standalone HTML labels.

Nothing is saved automatically or synchronized between devices. Project and CSV exports include private notes and contents. Label exports omit notes and can omit contents. QR images are generated locally using the existing QR library; no external service is contacted.

What is in a QR code?

Plain text containing the box code and destination room only. It is not a live lookup link and cannot retrieve the private contents database.

How do I print labels?

Download the standalone HTML labels, open the file and print at 100% scale on A4 or Letter. Six 92 × 75 mm cut-out labels fit each page. Test alignment before printing a full batch.

Can I print only some boxes?

Yes. Choose all boxes, current search/filter matches or explicitly selected checkboxes. Full project and CSV exports always include all boxes.

Are contents and notes printed?

Private notes are omitted from labels. Contents are optional and shortened to 180 code points. Projects and full manifest CSV include all contents and notes.

Is the move saved automatically?

No. Download the JSON project and reopen it later. Up to 500 boxes are supported, with the last 25 workspace changes available through Undo. No cloud synchronization is provided.
