For accurate print sizes, use the PDF and choose Actual size / 100% in your print dialog. Disable “Fit to page.” Test on plain paper first; printer margins and feed alignment vary.
Exports render text at 300 pixels per inch inside a PDF with exact paper dimensions. Preview includes pale label outlines; PDF/PNG omit them unless enabled. Up to 300 output labels across 10 pages. Text that still cannot fit blocks image/PDF export.

Using Printable Label Maker
Build a label sheet with your own text and physical dimensions. Preview all pages, check text fitting and print a PDF at actual size.
- Enter multiline label blocks separated by blank lines, or use one label per line. Choose copies and how many used positions to skip on the first sheet.
- Choose an editable A4/Letter layout, then measure and adjust label size, margins and gaps. Set text size, padding, alignment and direction.
- Review every page and any reduced-size warnings. Download PDF, test on plain paper and print at Actual size/100% with Fit to page disabled.
Example
Use the A4 address layout for 3 columns and 7 rows. With20 positions skipped, two labels span two pages. Try Gift tags demo to make three copies of each tag with centered text.
Questions & answers
Are these exact templates for a particular label brand?
No. Presets are editable starting dimensions. Measure your sheet and test on plain paper; printer feed, non-printable margins and label stock tolerances vary.
Which paper sizes are supported?
Portrait A4 at 210×297 mm and US Letter at 215.9×279.4 mm. Label widths/heights are10–200 mm, symmetric margins0–50 mm and gaps0–20 mm. Rows and columns are calculated from these dimensions.
Can I reuse a partly used sheet?
Yes. Used labels to skip counts row by row from top-left on the first page. Later pages start at the first position. Confirm that feeding a partly used sheet is supported by your printer and stock.
How should I print the PDF?
Choose Actual size or 100% and disable Fit to page. The PDF has exact physical paper dimensions with a 300-pixel-per-inch raster of your labels. Test on plain paper and compare it against your sheet first.
Does the PNG print at the same size?
Its pixel dimensions correspond to the 300-pixel-per-inch page layout, but browser PNG resolution metadata and print apps can apply different scaling. Use PDF for physical label alignment.
What happens if text is too large?
Text wraps within the padded label. Optional shrinking tries smaller font sizes down to 6 points. If any label still cannot fit, PNG/PDF export is blocked and label numbers are reported. Review small text before printing.
Can I use Arabic or other languages?
Browser fonts render Unicode text, with per-label direction detection or explicit left-to-right/right-to-left controls. Choose alignment separately. Fonts and emoji appearance depend on your device; PDF embeds the rendered image, not selectable text.
What content limits apply?
Up to 20,000 input characters,200 source blocks,500 characters/eight explicit lines per block,1–10 copies and 300 output labels across at most10 pages. Encoded page images are limited to 50 MiB.
Are addresses uploaded or stored?
No processing upload or saved address history is used. Rendering and PDF export run locally with the existing PDF library. Downloaded label/layout JSON includes your text; website ads and analytics follow the privacy information.
