How to prepare a print-ready PDF
- Open a PDF or load the A4 example. The example contains a one-inch calibration square.
- Select Letter or A4, orientation and margins. Choose fit, actual size, multiple pages per sheet or a tiled poster.
- Choose pages using a range such as 1-3, 5. Create the PDF and inspect every output sheet.
- Download and print at Actual size / 100%. Printer margins vary; print a test sheet and measure the calibration square when accuracy matters.
Supported documents and limits
Nonempty PDFs up to 25 MiB and 100 pages; maximum 300 output sheets and 100 MiB output. Encrypted PDFs and interactive forms are unsupported. Use a flattened copy of forms. Page artwork is embedded without rasterizing; output does not preserve links, comments, bookmarks, interactive features, accessibility tags or digital signatures.
This is a page-layout tool, not a PDF content editor or prepress color proof. The original PDF stays unchanged. Calculations run locally using the existing PDF libraries. Site ads and analytics follow our privacy policy.

Questions & answers
Does it rasterize PDF text?
No. Page artwork is embedded as vector PDF content where present in the original. Scanned images remain images.
Can I make posters?
Yes. Poster mode tiles each selected source page at your chosen scale with adjustable overlap and row/column labels.
Which print setting should I use?
Print the exported PDF at Actual size or 100% to preserve its dimensions. Verify your printer margins and measure a test sheet.
Which documents are supported?
Up to 25 MiB and 100 input pages, with at most 300 output sheets. Encrypted documents and interactive forms are unsupported; links, annotations, bookmarks, signatures and accessibility tags are not preserved.
